incentivize ADU development for low-income Section 8 tenants.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b55bc8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b55bc8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In 2017, We were awarded a HUD Section 4 Capacity Building Grant for Community Development and Affordable Housing from Los Angeles Local Initiatives Support (LA LISC) that supported their organizational work to increase ADU advocacy in Los Angeles.This grant enabled them to continue to find solutions that made ADUs a viable housing option for low-income renters, with a focus on Section 8 voucher holders.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fa5a1cc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" among government leaders, community organizations, and financial investors in order to achieve financial stability for the
